I got in my longest on-my-feet-running day yet, 13 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday. Perfect weekend in every way. Don't miss Angel's Staircase 25k, 50k, 50 mile race on August 13, 2011 in Eastern Washington near Carlton/Twisp/Winthrop, WA. There is nothing as wild and wonderful as this course in Washington. Nothing.
